A mini scuba knit dress from Maison Jules. Size 6 will fit a size small. There’s a zipper down the back. At 5’3” this hits right above the knee. Super flattering flare and the lines across the front and back give an illusion of an hour glass waist. This was only worn a couple of times. The fabric is substantial and not see through.
