New with tags cotton/spandex blend tapered dark blue pants. Pockets need the seams cut out to be functional. Tags indicate size 0 but I would say closer to US 4 based off of measurements taken flat with are approximately: Waist: 14” Front rise: 8” Inseam: 28” Leg opening: 5.5”
