Asymmetrical mini foldover style skirt with a button closure (no zip). Cotton fabric with a poly blend black lining. Slim, almost pencil-style fit. Meant to fit at waist. Main brand tag and size tag have been cut out by someone else, but I can tell this is a French size 40 by comparing it to other items from the same brand. I’d compare to a US medium or size 8. Pre-loved but in excellent condition. Waist is about 14.5” across. Skirt is 18”-19” long depending on where you measure from.
