This is skirt is giving Barbie vibes. Pristine condition, NWT, I can not see any flaws in the garment. 15” waist, 16 1/2” length. The Button detail at the hip is just so great. A little touch of gold threading for some subtle sparkle. The best part, the outer layer is a skirt, but the lining is a short for a bit of privacy. Fabric is recycled polyester.
