Well made with thicker liner skirt above the knee. So pretty and flowy. Size 38 (US size XS to Small, 2-4 depending high waisted preference) Waist 13.25” across (26.5” approx.) Length: 28” This dress is NWT never worn. While taking photos of the lining, I noticed some make up lines. This is completely not noticeable in the under the skirt, and I did not see this at purchase. Have not attempted to wash - new. See my other XS items.
