@princessola Hi there! The bust measures 16” across laying flat and it stretches to 22”
The fabric is 100% poly crepe, tag is missing.
Fabric is a woven with no stretch but the style of the dress is pleated and allows for mechanical stretch from the bust to the waist portion.
