sunnysunshine55 @abigeal445555 yes it is brand new. I only wore for 15 mins on my porch for a photoshoot. it still has tags and I love this dress, but I have no where to wear it. Maje has three sizings 1,2, and 3. this is a 2 in Maje sizing, but I am a size 2/ 4 in USA and it fits me perfectly
