Majong Tile Earrings

Handcrafted earrings made from Making tiles, featuring the bird from the bamboo set of tiles which have bamboo sticks to represent the strings (索, sǔo) that ancient copper coins were strung on in sets of 100 (弔, diào) or 1,000 coins (貫, guàn). The bird is thought to bring luck and good fortune.
