Howdy... I looked at the dress hem and it does not appear that it can be lengthened. The hem has a stiff 5” backing to allow for the silhouette of the skirt.

Hi there! The height is perfect, I’m 5ft 0! You mentioned the dress has been altered. Was it a size 16 altered to 14 or purchased at 14? I ask because I may have to take the waist in a bit and want to make sure the seamstress can do it without damaging the dress design. Thank you!

@katyalfaro Hi. The dress is a 14. Only the hem and shoulder straps have been altered. I also had a bustle done, but it is hidden underneath the dress vs. the exterior of the dress.
