sellclothes550 Shanna, I believe an error was made. I listed Color Street real nail polish strips and for some reason, it posted more than once! I believe it was shipped to Another buyer. I am so sorry. Please cancel your order. I am also sending a note to Poshmark to try to determine why this happened. Other than not shipping it, I am unaware of how to cancel the order from my end. this_and_that_1 Hello, I am the other buyer whom @parabotch accidentally switched the package on. I was informed by Poshmark to return the package back to the original buyer and vice versa. I have already done so and looks like you have received that package on the 16th. It is now the 19th and you have not yet shipped my package back to me. Not that I need to explain myself, but I have other things that take top priority, such as my daughter's first birthday, changing season clothes for everyone, winterizing the house, family obligations, Church obligations etc.

consign143 @this_and_that_1 also, now that I'm looking.. there's no information for me to even ship it back to you? nothing about this in the place where i usually get the shipping information (aka "my sales" tab) nor in the order in the my purchases tab. right now, the time this has taken from me has already put me behind schedule for the day. I still have to sort through the literal thousand of Poshmark notification / emails to figure out how to fix somebody else's error.

parabotch while I read that you were busy and it was my fault to begin with which I apologized profusely for and it was after all my first sale, we are all busy this time of year and needing money and I wish you would just use the label the Poshmark provided you with at their expense and ship the product you received accidentally back to the buyer who has already done the same for you.

I'll check my email again, but i literally get thousands of emails from Poshmark daily. i even tried to accept the other one to see if it would like have an option for me to ship this but it said I'm not allowed to accept the order.

this_and_that_1 @consign143 If you search the emails you received on the 12th, and narrow down the ones you received that evening from Poshmark, you should be able to find the one with the label. Once you find the label, all you do is print it out and tape it to the original package and just send it off. Then once I receive it, @parabotch can finally receive her funds.

this_and_that_1 @consign143 I am sure they can still scan it. Just take it down to the post office and have them scan it in front of you to be sure. I always take my packages and hand them to the people behind the counter for them to scan to get a receipt and to make sure all labels scan correctly.

consign143 @this_and_that_1 so I just went ahead and printed it off on my sister in laws printer just to be safe. it looked so small when I printed it. also, Poshmark finally responded to my inquiries literally 30 minutes after I went to the post office 🤦 anyway, sorry it took me so long but I did send it today
