This is designer Gary Graham's winning dress for Season 2 Episode 1 of Amazon's "Making the Cut" design series with Tim Gunn. 100% heavy drape printed cotton Handkerchief hem Puffed shoulder (not a shoulder pad but stiff canvas ruff to keep it from flattening) Pockets Long tie attached to each shoulder for multiple wear options Fitted bodice Size medium, runs tts for me as a 6-8 with a flattering tailored fit Length 41" to shortest part of hem Waist 18" flat at seam Bust 19" flat Worn twice! I love it but I dont wear it enough to justify keeping it :/
