This authentic buddhist zen-style mala is hand strung and knotted by me with semi-precious gemstones of genuine african green opal, red jasper, and crazy lace agate, and dark brown chinese knotting cord. The main pendant bead (called a guru or head bead) is a 1" tall, hand carved ox bone buddha head bead. Finishing off the mala is a 4" dark brown tassel handmade by me. @suhaidi This necklace is 24" from top to right at the beginning of the tassel. This necklace can also be doubled. I'm going to add some pics so you can see what that would look like as well.
