Very rare 1971 vintage Youssef Rizkallah Malcolm Starr Caspian Sea collection skirt. Skirt has silk lining but does have tear. Zipper is needing to be replaced and does have slight yellow stains as shown in description picture. Does now have tag so size is not available but measurements are.
