Marked as Italian size 46, or US 8-10, Medium or Large. It’s got tons of stretch but also looks good worn very loose, so I think it could work up to a Medium or Large.

@addieteller lying flat, the chest measures about 15 inches across and stretches up to 18-19 inches. It is very stretchy!
