Mandarin-collar Cotton Dress

Striking red accent at knee, collar, shoulder and elbow. Believe it is all-cotton, and does require ironing. Sized XXL, but think that translates to a size 10. I found it short-waisted but attractive. For someone 5'7, this was knee length.
