Lovely blouse from Mango, originally listed on their site as Blouson Chita from 2016. I love the breezy, fluttery look with three-quarter sleeves that hit at my elbow then wisp our. Dainty dot pattern on subtle navy sheen of lightweight polyester (I think - materials tag cut off). Keyhole back button. Size 2/Small, made in Morocco.
