Excellent dress or casual. They have one pleat per leg and are cuffed. Both pairs could be worn with a blazer or a sweater or both. Heavy wool. So great for the winter. I would say both are Charcoal Grey, but one pair is a little lighter in color. One pair has a small check design to it, and the other is solid with light specs. These are both very nice pants and a great addition to your closet.
