So the reason the close up on the heels is because of the crystal from the front. I never really used them so I kept in the closet together and the crystal made marks on the shoes because the pair was always together. So the crystal from the front would pull the fabric from the heel on the back and couple on sides. Personally you can’t tell and in my opinion good condition to wear.
