tabithateller Hello, Could you please confirm the heel height in millimeters by measuring from the back of the point at which the heel is attached to the footbed down to the floor? They appear to be 90mm, but could be 70mm (much lower) or 105mm (usually the 105 height is for evening, closed back pumps and boot styles). Thank you in advance!

tabithateller @jacjess1 Thank you so much for the 105 and what I take as a compliment from one MB lover to another! These are classic CBK - though I think she did hers in matte satin in 90mm - not sure 105 had even emerged back then! Any chance you could add a photo wearing them with the strap buckled? I generally stick to the quietest styles - Carolyne, Chaos, flat. Mules, etc. How do you feel about the new heavily Swarovski-ed 90mm satin mules? They’re all over these sites - sort of cool with denim?

One last MB question: I am a straight 39.5 in d’orsay, chaos, etc. - BUT some classic flats (Susa, open backed ballet mules, etc. have started to run 1/2 size short. I don’t even own a full BB pump b/c it’s not really my life. And, I’m a 40 in the two pair of booties I own. It’s not 40 across the board like Saint Laurent, but do these fit like an original 39,5? Even the Carolyne can have unpredictable heel overhang…

tabithateller And with you. The Jeweled Lorum in satin 90 (and a flat mule!) is certainly available - great condition, but have yet to take the plunge and no “deals”. Def. an event shoe and I’m not an “event girl”. I’ve seen the Chaos (or same with a closed toe) in leather with silver chain ankle hardware.I don’t do yellow gold anything and maybe they could be the statement piece with jeans and a white shirt… obv not walking a step in them! Miss talking shoes with someone who gets it!

tabithateller I truly apologize - I have learned to request photos to keep myself “covered” in the unlikely event of an error - we are talking about millimeters and some are not as precise and understanding as you have been.
