New and never worn, perfect condition, always kept in box. This shoe runs small which is why I never wore it. I’m a true size 6 and this is a 36.5 and barely fit me, but I have wide feet after babies. I would take a half to full EU size up from your regular size (so if you are 5.5US or a narrow foot 6US this might be perfect for you!). The heels are new and in original box, however you can see in the photo the residue on the bottom of one of the shoes from the price sticker that was on it from the store.
