I don't know what size would best fit me in this brand, but I was told that they tend to run narrow and to size up a half size? I'm usually a 39/8.5, but I'm on the wide side in in the toe box area, sometimes pushing me to a 39.5/9. Can you comment on how these would best fit?

@sarahhickie they do run small and tight. I think this size could work well for you. Maybe adding a pad to make them fit perfectly.
