Manoush silk/cotton tie-neck blouse

Purchased from The Real Real and never worn because it’s a little tight in the shoulders for me. Beautiful metallic floral print that has an almost liquid look to it. 48% cotton, 30% silk, 22% metallic. Gentle hand wash in cold water. Flat lat measurements: Shoulders: 16” Pit to pit: 19” Waist: 19.5” The dress form that I put it on has the following measurements (3D obviously): Shoulders: 17.5” Chest: 38.5” Waist: 30.5” A couple blemishes shown in photographs: One snag and small spot located on the bottom of the front of blouse.
