Fabulous dress by Manteau in size M (please check measurements). Looks like it might be better for someone either petite or a short waist. It is new & has part of tag still attached. Has the sassiest sides & back. Zipper in back and also a tie belt. Measurements.......34" in the bust area.....27" in midsection area......46" in hip area (nice full skirted area)......about 34" in length. Material is 95% polyester 5% spandex Lace is cotton & nylon. Hand wash.
