Worn once. I wore it out, not as a bathing suit cover up. It is thick enough to be either. You can tie the straps different ways. Super cute! It doesn’t have a size, but I think it can fit a range because it is loose and the waist band is very stretchy. I would guess size 0 to size 4-6ish.
