Worn once The XS fits a size 8 though I think it's flexible. I sized down in all her popcorn styles. A little wear on the inside of the sleeves and along the inside of the collar - barely visible. the skirt is 30" long from the drop waist- The measurement from top of shoulder to drop waist is 24" lying flat. The total length of the dress is 55"- and the popcorn shirred body stretches so it could probably be be a stretched (worn) length of up to 59"

arielle6794 Yes for sure I can. The only thing is there may be duties. Generally I have seen uSPS to be the lowest cost and fees for duties. I'm not sure if poshmark generates the declaration for customers or if I do
