This was originally a size zero and was tailored to be a size 2 or 27” at the waist. This dress is from 2017 and very very hard to find. worn a few times and washed once, but I just don’t wear this enough. There are two small dots of blue paint on the back of the skirt, very hard to notice unless pointed out. UPDATE: I still have this but it’s deep in storage, can find it in May
