Marboux vintage brooch

Vintage Mid-Century modern brooch by Marboux Marboux is the brand of French designer Marcel Boucher, active from 1937 to 1955. This is a classic example of MCM style with a simple silver tone finish and sophisticated abstract design. When I look at it I see a sea anemone. Maybe waves of grass in the wind?
