sandy_henson @mags231515 yes, they are. there are 2 strip panels on back that is elastic. see the pic showing measurement across calf, which I measured while it was laying down. Please let me know if you need any other info. :)

sandy_henson @nezilisious Your boots were shipped today. They are in the original Marc Fisher box, so as to keep them nice. Then inside a bigger shipping box. Mailed from Chattanooga, TN because I had to make a run up there. I apologize that I didn't have my thank you cards with me. So, I'm thanking you now 😊 Enjoy them!
