Beautiful! The bottom is suede and the top is fabric. Zippers don’t unzip all the way down but stop at the knee then are there for the design. Very clean, worn once. Excellent condition soles. It’s difficult to capture with the camera how beautiful these are. Over-the-knee black with silver hardware.
