Marc Jacobs is a luxury brand and always creates beautiful products. Finishing powder is to be used on top of all your liquids (ex/ liquid foundation, etc..) Finishing powder keeps liquids in place through out the day. It also creates a smooth base to apply any powders on top of it. ameliarose799 @truelove2013 it doesn’t make your face white it is a translucent powder. It is used to set makeup to make it last longer.
