Yes, it was worn but it’s in excellent condition and all it needs is an infrequent wipe with a cloth. All of the pave glass pieces are in place. The metal is silver tone. The glass pave pieces seem to be either black or possibly very dark red but overall appearance is black. Inside circumference is 5.5”. To put on - slide into it. It stays on firmly. Comes with the original canvas storage bag.
