@sarahmc13 not major scratches on the hardware . A fe minor scratches on the actual leather that are easily buffed out. Bag holds shape well.

Hello, may I please see pictures of the sides, back and bottom of the bag? Also, what is the height measurement without the straps? I have not seen any Incognito bags with that width measurement. Is this a mini size?

@mkatgiese You could sell it easier if you buffed them out before listing it. I know it might be a pain in the neck, but to spend several hundred dollars on something you can see is damaged is hard to do, knowing that you will have to work on it when you receive it.
