These have been worn a few times. They are a size 41/11 but I'm a size 10 and they fit perfect. One of the jeweled have shifted just a bit(probably hear or something on the glue that holds it on) but is not lose, you can't tell and it doesn't effect that performance. They are probably 8 years old, can't fully remember what year I got them. Let me know if you have any questions

You know, I think it would, it is a size 41 which is 11, my foot fits in 10 and 11 but the higher the heel the smaller in a sense your foot gets(I can even wear a 9 in heels) so even though its a small heel, I'm pretty certain it would fit your foot
