hailylynn22 @truefree907 so there is a strap that comes with it. I am not sure how to cancel since I haven’t had that ever happen to me. It’s in really great condition I just don’t need anymore bags.

truefree907 @hailylynn22 thank you, but I already have this bag in a medium and am looking for the large size. I believe you go to “my sales” ,click on my order, scroll all the way to the bottom and click on “problems/order inquiry” then you can cancel the order from there. Sorry for the mishap
