MARC JACOBS satchel purse. Metallic pewter quilted fabric with removable gold chained strap and gold hardware. Flips open to a large compartment and small compartment. Smaller compartment has a zippered pocket. Indent in outer layer (backside) as seen in photo- will probably flatten out when purse is filled.
