Custom fit size 4-6 29” Length 26” hips 35” pristine vintage Runway.Skirt has brown velvet silk grosgrain hand stitched waistband with a wool ivory chocolate and silver tweed that has a touch of elastane for stretch. 2 slits back , flutter hem.
