New as pictured but perfume solid may have gone stale. See pictures. There is still the original clear plastic covering the perfume hence it looking like the pressed round patch. Nice metal black leather compact mirror case with white leather case. Note: perfume solid may have gone bad and perfume solid looks as-is in the pictures. IMO, it still smells ok.
