Gorgeous jewel toned blue sheath sleeveless dress Top is sheer with spaghetti strap liner that runs the length of the dress (see pic with back open) Waist to hem measurement in pic Liner zips up the back & sheer overlay buttons at top. Top sheer part is billowy and almost looks like top & skirt. Looks great with a belt!
