These look nice and baggy in the photo. Are they? My waist is 30” so I think a size 6 is better than the 4 for me. Is the cord a functional drawstring, or purely decorative? Also, are they opaque as they don’t appear to be lined. Lots of questions, but better to ask now. 😊
