theneonetwork Hi @stjames !! the pit to pit measurement is 40" and the waist measures 38". The fabric is a wonderful thick cotton that has a bit of stretch to it so its quite forgiving! Also the fab waist belt is fully adjustable to you can cinch it as tight as you need to. So sorry it took me so long to get these to you. I was struck with a horrible flu!! I hope this helps!! XOXO
