Marc by Marc Jacobs shorts. NWT! Size 4. These run small. I'm normally a size 2 or 4, but I wear these in a size 8! I own them in this color and black, and I love them!!!! Selling the same pair in a size 0 as well. 97% cotton, 3% Elastane. Color is called manatee grey. Waist is approximately 15". Hips approximately 9".
