Marc by Andrew Marc Vintage Genuine Black leather pencil skirt Hidden zipper on the back Completely lined High waisted , super rich, thick supple leather! Early 90s vintage!! 14 inch waist , 18.5 inch hip measurement, 24.5 inches in length.- please see measurements.. skirt tag is a 12 but vintage measurements. I would def say it is smaller maybe an 7/8 9/10.
