Slouchy and very roomy, with two side pockets. Gold hardware. Embossed with letters from the name. 15,5" (with pockets 19") x 11,5" x 6". 2 top handles 7"drop. Inside 2 open pockets and 1 zippered pocket. Hardware in good condition with the exception of the buttons of the side pockets (see picture), maybe because it was stored very close to other bags in my closet, other than that is is excellent condition, it was barely used. I am the original owner, got it at Nordstrom. No trades/modeling
