Labeled Paris, Made in France and Marcel Lassance, also marked European size 50, this is a work of art. Inner gray wool layer is possible to remove from for a lighter coat, eg the outer brown layer, though the 2 feel like one coat on. pockets inside both layers and outside pockets. Multiple ways to button closed. outrageous quality in good vintage condition. Phenomenal on a woman as well.

laughslikehorse @mbalong I don't know, but if you Google conversion charts, keep in mind it's a 50 men's for France, though I would wear it if it wasn't small on me. I can measure it when I get home if you like. I haven't seen quality like this in U.S. made clothing, not even couture.

mbalong @laughslikehorse what size do you usually wear? Perhaps we can gauge by how it fits you. I’m generally a US size 48-50, XL or XXL depending on the cut of the garment.

laughslikehorse @mbalong I am currently a women's XXL in jackets, based on Columbia or North face, and this would fit me if I was comfortable in an XL, women's. Still, I won't be back to ship until Friday night so if you like I'll measure armpits and shoukders then. Meanwhile, stay cozy!♡
