@wilma4ever bust is 36 inches and there really isn’t a waist so I’m not sure. Under the bust is 28 inches

@wilma4ever I don’t have a mannequin to get what would be a better measure. I measured the same as the picture so I’m pretty comfortable with the 38 inch bust. I’d be more that willing to check again and take a picture for you. 😊
