Marching band inspired jacket black with gold trim size 4. Material content : 97% cotton, 3% elastane. Flat lay measurements : armpit to armpit ~ 15.5". From top of shoulder to bottom hem ~ 18.5" . From shoulder seam to cuff~ 24". Please see above photos for what was measured, questions are always welcome. Dress form is a small and this fit nicely .
