Mare Cut-Out Shift Mini Dress

Bought this dress on sale so it was not refundable, but it was way too big on me. I usually am a small, but I feel like this dress could fit many other sizes. Definitely more of a medium size than a small. Really good quality fabric, pretty durable. More of a navy blue color than a black. Adjustable straps. Really cute under bust cutout. Never warn.
