I so wanted this dress to fit, but it's just too tight. I couldn't pull it over my chest, 36B/C. On another site with reviews, 75% of those people stated it runs small. I tend to agree. I feel this is more of an XS. A gorgeous maxi dress in a blue and orange floral print by Brazilian designer Paula Hermanny. Shoulder seam to hem measures approx 54" at longest adjustment.
