Maria Bianca Nero party top/dress, sz L

This top/dress by designer Maria Bianca Nero (this brand is sold at Bloomingdale's) is very pretty. I think it is more of a top, because of length, but should also work as a dress if you are shorter. The bust area is molded satin, the bottom part is chiffon with a lace and sequin panel in the middle. Fully lined. Zipper.
