Drapey slip dress. Sleeves are unique in that the cut is a bit like a cocoon and a cape effect. When arms are down, this is sleeveless. When you raise your arms, it’s still sleeveless but you get a cocoon or batwing effect. It is super drapey so the extra fabric is not bothersome at all. Great condition.
